
Tim, Concrete & Excavation Foreman Tim is no stranger to Level-One; he is Dick's son! He has been on staff since 1996. He is reponsible for excavation job sites and works together with Derrick to manage concrete jobs.


Derrick, Production Manager Derrick has been working for Level-One since 2006. He is responsible for leading all non-pool related projects and seeing them completion. Derrick is skilled in the area of concrete and is Dick's son-in-law.


Dan, Service Tech Dan and Joe work together to open and close pools, service pools and spas, and repair parts. Dan has been working for Level-One since 2006 and is part of our friendly service team. He is mechanically inclined and has a knack for fixing things.


Joe, Service Tech Joe started with Level-One in 2005. He performs service work including opening and closing pools. Joe also assists with pool construction and repair.

Vickie, Saline Store Manager Vickie has been working for Level-One since 2003. She was promoted to Saline Store Manager in April of 2004 to manage staff and inventory. Vickie keeps in contact with the Adrian store to coordinate product.

Gerald, Swimming Pool Operations Manager
Gerald started working for Level-One in 2005. He oversees the installation and construction of all in-ground and above ground pools. He is also responsible for liner replacements and pool repair for all pools, obtaining building permits, and providing client support. Recently, Gerald has been been appointed to oversee Level-One Commercial and Public Pools, a division of Level-One, Inc.


John, Estimator John is one of the newer additions to our staff, but is no stranger to the construction business. He is a retired carpenter and has had experience with both commercial and residential building sites. John's responsibilities include drafting estimates for potential clientele and he is the point man for employee safety compliance.

Chemical Techs and Store Clerks
These individuals test pool and spa water, help customers with their pool and spa water chemistry, perform sales transactions, stock shelves, assist customers with pool and spa supply needs, answer phones, and do just about anything else you can think of!

Brian, General Manager He has been with Level-One since 1999. Brian schedules service work and water delivery, manages the retail store, orders products, and is our in-store sales person.


Bev, Office Manager She has been with Level-One since 2002. Her responsibilities include: Payables, Receivables, Billings, Payroll, Accounting, Managing Computers, and Insurance for Employees.


Dick, Owner and President Dick began his building career in 1976.Through the years his business has evolved to encompass the pool and spa industry. Outside of the normal responsibilities that a business owner encounters, Dick makes it a point to meet with each client.
